• Not included in the nightly rate is a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee 

• Refundable security deposit of $250 due 30 days prior to check-in 

• Pets at owners discretion but will incur an additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 and an additional security deposit of $150. NO PETS without permission

• All reservations require a 50% deposit due at time of booking 

• Remaining 50% of booking fee, security deposit and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to check-in date

• No cancellation within 14 days of rental 

• Cancellations prior to 14 days will receive a refund of monies paid,  less a $150 cancellation fee 

• Renters will sign and abide by rental agreement
