Summer 2025 Rates:

Sunday-Thursday $225.oo per night

Friday and Saturday $250.00 per night

Holiday Weekends Fri-Sun. $300.00 per night 

After Labor Day

 $200 per night​

​

• Not included in the nightly rate is a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee ​​

• Refundable security deposit of $250 due 14 days prior to check-in ​

• Pets at owners discretion but will incur an additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 and an additional security deposit of $150. NO PETS without permission​

• All reservations require a 50% deposit due at time of booking ​

• Remaining 50% of booking fee, security deposit and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to check-in date​

• No cancellation within 14 days of rental ​

• Cancellations prior to 14 days will receive a refund of monies paid,  less a $150 cancellation fee ​

• Renters will sign and abide by rental agreement ​

• ​10% discount on rental fees for a week- long rental ​
